  pilates schmilates today was my first pilates class. it actually wasn't all that bad. i really need to learn to tuck everything better, tho. i could feel the burn and it felt good. friday, i did 60 minutes of cardio. saturday, i did a kickboxing/aerobic type class. sunday was rest.

i'm sticking to the menu as much as i can, before i can get to the grocery store. i think i'm doing pretty good so far. shit... gotta go. gotta go take my BEFORE picture.
